Bombing Science. As far as I can tell, this place is the cheapest place that you can get Molotow spraypaints in Canada.
Art Primo is an awesome store too (in Seattle) but shipping spraypaints to Canada is really expensive. I know, because I have done it and regretted it, then forgot that I did it before, and did it again. And regretted it. Again. But other than that their selection is super good and they send you a few free items every time (caps, stickers etc.).
